Biography

I have always enjoyed atmospheric landscapes and the depth which is created by playing with both light and shadow.  One can’t exist without the other.

I started experimenting with watercolours before turning to acrylics and oils to create depth and more vibrancy in my work. I started with very vibrant and bright coastal pieces before developing my style further. I now focus on using just black and white to create depth, shadow, ambient light and atmosphere in my work.  I’m excited to develop this in my work.
